This is JDA's most recently finished project with Arlene Dean Homes. This three story open concept has great color choices and elevated fixtures. The new home reflects a refreshing contemporary blend of traditional combined with modern design. With the Mckoy home being built in most desirable location in Decatur, Ga. JDA added the finishing touches with every detail not overlooked
JDA worked closely with the clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. We collaborated on ideas, provide design recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
With concept and space Planning by With another project with Eric Rawlings Designs, we collectively translated the client requirements into a cohesive design concept. The selection of finishes, color schemes, materials, textures, and furnishings to created a desired atmosphere and style to stand the test of time.
