We focus on creating style, understanding client demographics, improving operational efficiency, integrating the latest products and technologies, and crafting truly singular spaces. While each project is unique, they are all unified by a distinctly JDA sensibility.

405 Lynne Circle
Located at 405 Lynne Circle, this home is defined by soft elegance, with abundant gentle curves and arched openings throughout. While the interior feels warm and inviting, it also incorporates advanced technology, premium features, and high-end design elements that set it apart from many custom homes. This marks our first collaboration with The Platinum Group, a luxury residential builder in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
Garland 2 Residence
A custom home by Arlene Dean Homes is underway in the Oakhurst neighborhood of Decatur. The design features a thoughtful selection of warm, natural materials paired with rich textures throughout. Completion is estimated for the second quarter of 2026.
Tradewinds Residence
A pilot and an architectural history professor engaged JDA to design a custom home in a neighborhood just outside Atlanta, where a private airstrip runs along the alley behind the property. The design draws inspiration from masters such as Frank Lloyd Wright, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, and Gerrit Rietveld, among others, with completion anticipated in early 2027.

Garland 3 Residence

Tuxedo Park Self-Care
This is a custom home renovation located near the Fernbank Museum of Natural History in Atlanta. The project is being built by Arlene Dean Homes.
Mid-Century Ranch Renovation
A custom renovation is underway on an existing 1958 brick, single-story home near the Fernbank Museum of Natural History in Atlanta. The design team embraced a full Mid-Century reinterpretation, bringing the original character forward into a contemporary 21st-century expression. The project is being delivered by Arlene Dean Homes, with completion anticipated in the second quarter of 2026.
