405 Lynne Circle

This home at 405 Lynne Circle evokes a soft elegance with it's proliferation of gentle curves and arched openings. But don't let the warm and inviting interior interior fool you. Like all JDA projects, it boasts the latest technology, features, and design elements putting many custom homes to shame. This is our first project with The Platinum Group, a luxury residential builder in the Atlanta Metro Area. Completion in 1st quarter 2026.

Garland 2 Residence

A custom home with Arlene Dean Homes in the Oakhurst Neighborhood of Decatur, Georgia. The Client is engaged with a selection of warm, Natural Materials and rich textures. Estimated completion, 2nd quarter of 2026

Tradewinds Residence

The clients; a pilot and an architectural history professor hired JDA to develop a custom home in a neighborhood just outside Atlanta, GA where the alley behind the home is a private airstrip. The goal is to create a contemporary home with design inspiration culled from masters such as Frank Lloyd Wright, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, Garrett Reitveld and more.

Estimated completion is early 2027.

Hilton, Naples Florida

This is for the Hampton Inn Naples Renovation.

Garland 3 Residence

This is a spec home with Arlene Dean Homes in the Oakhurst Neighborhood of Decatur, Georgia. It's a warm, sleek and clean modern with a great space to share with family and friends. Estimated completion, 2nd quarter of 2026

Tuxedo Park Self-Care

This is a custom renovation of a home near the Fernbank Museum in Atlanta Georgia. Built by Arlene Dean homes

Mid-Century Ranch Renovation

This is an Arlene Dean custom renovation of an existing brick single story home. Built in 1958 near the Fernbank Museum in Atlanta, Georgia, the owners set our designers free to embrace all things Mid-Century brought into the 21st century. Completion is estimated at 2nd quarter of 2026.
